The Lyceum Fit boot camp is designed to progressively push yourself a little further. Our goal is to get you fit but also to have a great time doing so. The format of the session will follow a warm and then a 5-station circuit. The circuit is done at high intensity but within the scope of your abilities. We will finish off with a nice little cool-down.
