Kids Group PT

“Building the foundations for your child to develop physically and mentally.” 

Our focus at Lyceum is to offer a developmental programme for children to grow in confidence and build strength. 

Each class will include fun fitness challenges, obstacle courses and various circuits tailored to each individual age group and ability. 

In order to focus on your child’s progression, we keep our class sizes small giving them the individual attention they need to bring out the very best in them.
