



Lyceum Fit is a PT studio in South West London that delivers Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Bespoke Fitness Classes, and Workshops for all abilities. We are specialise in delivering physical and mental fitness with a core focus on helping the local Community.



Origins of Lyceum
The word Lyceum was the name of one of the first ever gyms recorded in history. It was named after the Greek God Apollo. The gym was created by the philosopher Aristotle, one of the greatest philosophers of all time. However the Lyceum was not only used as a gymnasium for physical excellence but also a place of learning, discussions and lectures from some of the top philosophers and students of the time. This fits in nicely to the holistic approach we are looking to create for our fitness community.
