That’s right, this year is the year for running! I’m starting a completely FREE run club on Monday evenings from 6-7pm at the @lyceumfit in Fulham. Whether you’ve never run before or you’re a seasoned professional this is for everyone.
This isn’t any regular run club though… we take it one step further (pun intended). Focusing not only on social runs but also on interval training and strength & conditioning for runners. So much more than an average ‘run club’. The best bit; it’s FREE!
